ProAssurance to Aquire Podiatrists’ PICA Group
ProAssurance has obtained permission to acquire PICA Group, a Mutual which provides Medical Malpractice Insurance for podiatrists in 47 states as well as the D.C., through a Sponsored Demutualization.
