One way to reduce stress is to make it a point to eat better. A poor diet is just like low grade gas for your vehicle. Your body, just like your car, deserves top-tier fuel!

Did you know that fruits and vegetables eaten in season can be more nutrient rich? Eat these this Fall:

  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Beets
  • Squash
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Cabbage

Another way to fight stress is to get more exercise! It’s as easy as walking a little bit more; taking the stairs, parking further away or taking a few laps around your neighborhood.

Get more sleep! A great way to combat stress is to simply catch some Z’s. Working under high-stress conditions requires a reset. Be sure to squeeze in power naps and get more rest at night if you feel that stress is getting to you.

Sore Muscles: When was the last time you had a massage?

Do you stand for most of your work day? Are you experiencing any stress related soreness? It may be about that time to schedule a massage session. Deep tissue massages can aid in helping reduce anxiety, strains, injuries and of course the sore muscles.

Too busy for a session? Check out the video above for self-massages with a foam roller!
